All the prices are with VAT. For non European countries custom fees are not included in the selling price.

Method of payment:
* Visa/Mastercard
The credit card information will be handled directly from the Cassa di risparmio di Cesena (bank) through the cartasi x-pay service. All the information is encrypted by the cryptographic system which does not allow the use to third parties, only by bank members.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
According to the article number 5, legislative decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (a natural person who does not bought goods for his trade, without indicate any VAT number in the order form) he has the right to cancel the purchase without any particular reason or explanation and any is provided, except for the circumstances described below.
To assert the right, the customer has to send a communication about this, not later than 10 workdays after the arrival of the goods. This communication has to be send by recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery, to the address:

The customer can also send a telegram, or a fax not later than 10 workdays, followed by a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery, sent not later than 48 hours from the telegram/fax. Once received the communication of cancel. Our customer service, will communicate the return modalities instructions to the customer, giving a personal code for the returned goods, which have to reach to Baldinini Ltd within 10 days from the authorization. The returned goods have to be intact whole, in the original packages (case and packaging), guarded and (if necessary) used, without any sing of wear and dirtiness, according to the following conditions:
* The goods bought have to be intact, whole and returned in the original packages.
* According with the law, the forwarding charges are at customer expenses; neither the delivery charges nor other incidental expenses will be paid back to the customer;
* The forwarding, until the testimonial of happened receipt in our storehouse, is responsibility of the customer;
* In case of damaging of the goods during transport, a communication of the incident will be sent to the customer (within 5 days from the receipt of the goods in the storehouse), to enable him lodge promptly a complain against the carrier, and obtain the repayment of the value of the goods (if registered); in this case one places the product at customer’s disposal for its restitution, overruling the request of cancel;
* Baldinini Ltd does not answer in any case for the damaging of the stealing/loss of goods returned by uninsured expedition;
* At its arrival to the storehouse, the product will be check to indentify possible damages or tampering not imputable to the transportation. If the original package is, damaged, Baldinini Ltd will keep a percentage (at least 10%) from the repayment, as contribution of restoration charges.
Except for possible restoration charges for damages to the original package, Baldinini Ltd will pay back to the customer the whole amount paid, within 14 days from the return of the goods, transferring the amount charged on the credit card, or through Bank transfer, in this last case, the customer will have to communicate promptly the bank code ( IBA-BSC – Current account of the invoice holder).
The right to cancel loses completely if the goods are not intact (package or contents), in the case in which Baldinini Ltd establishes:
* The not-careful use of the goods which damaged the integrity, or the use of other consumer materials;
* The lack of the original package;
* The lack of the integrals parts of the product;
* The damaging of the product for reason not linked to the transport.
In case of lapse of the right of cancel, the goods will stay in seat of Baldinini Ltd, at disposal of the customer for the withdrawal at his expense.
